MODA STRADA Return Policy

1. The consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days after receipt of the product, provided Article 7 of the Terms and Conditions has not been broken
2. The consumer is responsible for all costs involved in returning the product, which is usually the cost of shipping the product back to MODA STRADA (see Article 8 of the Terms and Conditions)
3. After returning the product the consumer will be refunded the financial amount he/she spent on the product. This refunded amount is exclusive of the original shipping costs
4. It is not possible to exchange products purchased via the MODA STRADA webshop.
